All teaching at University is carried out in Ukrainian (with the exception of some language-specific teaching) and tutors must be convinced that you have sufficient fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian/Russian to cope with your course from the start. The foreigners who do not speak Ukrainian or Russian, may be accepted on training courses of intensive study of Ukrainian or Russian languages. Today, more than 500 students study at the Faculty of Economics and Law of Pylyp Orlyk International Classic University. The faculty consists of three departments: Law, Management and Finance, Engineering Technology and 3 cycle commissions: Law and Information, Economics and Entrepreneurship, Engineering Technology.
The high quality of the teachers and the developed infrastructure of the educational process ensure the appropriate quality of the educational, methodological and scientific process of teaching. An important aspect of the optimization of the preparation at the faculty nowadays is the strengthening of the practical orientation of teaching, the necessity of graduation, first of all, of the wide-spread specialists, who possess at the same time thorough highly specialized knowledge and skills. However, the main focus in the preparation is to focus not only on the professional but also the personal component, which will allow the graduate, in accordance with changes in the sphere of labor relations, to show initiative, flexibility, self-improvement, etc. as needed.
The curriculum provides in-depth study of professional disciplines and foreign language. Continuous computer training is also provided, enabling future professionals to navigate the information space.
Active forms of training are widely used, such as problematic lectures, situational seminars, role-playing games, individual tasks of practical direction, trainings.
Particular attention is paid to the practical training of future specialists. The faculty uses elements of dual education. Ongoing work to expand international cooperation enables higher education graduates to take internships abroad and participate in a concurrent program at the University and in European higher education institutions.
In addition to the educational process, the faculty is actively developing student self-government, as evidenced by the successful activity of the youth organization of the university. Sports competitions are held, scientific seminars and conferences, business games, cultural events are organized.

The creation of the faculty is driven by the ever-growing demand of the pharmaceutical labor market for highly qualified pharmacists capable of professionally providing quality pharmaceutical assistance. The emergence of powerful pharmacy chains in Ukraine, trends in the increase in the number of pharmacies, expansion and increase in the volume of production of medicines by domestic manufacturers allow us to confidently predict the further growth of the need for skilled pharmaceutical personnel.
The Faculty of Pharmacy prepares applicants for primary education (junior specialists), specialists in the first (bachelor) educational level in the field of knowledge «Health care», specialty «Pharmacy. Industrial Pharmacy «, educational program» Pharmacy «. Graduates will be able to continue their education at the second (master’s) educational level.
The training is carried out on a full-time and part-time basis and meets all standards, plans and programs of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
Graduates can engage in the following activities: formally work as pharmacists in pharmacies and powerful pharmacy chains, run pharmacies and drugstores, purchase drugs for the needs of pharmacy chains, store and dispense drugs and medical devices at wholesale pharmaceutical firms, produce , drug research at pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and in quality control laboratories.

The teaching process at the Faculty is provided by Doctors and Candidates of Sciences, whose scientific achievements are supported by years of practical experience in management positions of the State Service of Medicines, domestic pharmaceutical factories, national retail pharmacies and laboratories for quality control of medicines.
Professional and practical training is carried out in modern chemical and technological laboratories, anatomical and pathophysiological offices. The Faculty has set up a training complex «Pharmacy», specially equipped laboratories and training classrooms. In specialized teaching pharmacy classrooms, faculty members share the secrets of professional skill in chemistry, drug technology, pharmacognosy, pharmacology, clinical pharmacy, organization and economics of pharmacy.
The current level of the educational process is ensured through the introduction of progressive domestic and foreign forms of organization of the educational process, the use of modern information technologies and active teaching methods, cases of complex interdisciplinary practical situations and control. Lectures in the disciplines of science, natural and professional cycles are presented in multimedia format. The Faculty’s logistics provides practical training with maximum visualization and visualization.

The Pylyp Orlyk university owns a number of hostels for the use of its students who wish to live on or near the grounds and facilities of the university. The capacity of the six combined hostels amounts to around 3,050, with Hostel No. 6 being the largest and catering for the greatest number of students.
Our Pylyp Orlyk International Classic University provides housing for foreigners. The hostel is located in the city center, in an area with good infrastructure.
